The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Melton Foundation and provides strategic vision and institutional oversight to the organization.

The Melton Foundation Board primarily comprises Senior Fellows and the five university representatives; the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Director, the Program Director, and the Junior Fellow representative are also members.
